Northwest Arkansas's First Mommy + Me Pilates Pop up hosted by Orchards Park in Bentonville. Moms are encouraged to bring their babies and young children! All movements can be done while wearing your baby. Be sure to bring your tennis shoes, some cold water and your yoga mat! Just look for the fern!
